How can I transfer my game data to another device?

A

You can transfer data by using a Google account, a Facebook account or a Transfer Code.
The data transfer procedure is as follows.

- Data transfer using Google account
1. Navigate the path: Menu > Data Linking & Back Up > Google Account Linking and log in to your Google account.
2. Complete data linking using your Google account.
3. Install DRAGON BALL Z DOKKAN BATTLE on your new device (device to take over).
4. Tap "Continue Game" on the title screen and log in to your Google account after selecting "Transfer Game Data via Google" to complete the data transfer.

- Data transfer using Facebook account
1. Navigate the path: Menu > Data Linking & Back Up > Facebook Account Linking and log in to your Facebook account.
2. Complete data linking using your Facebook account.
3. Install DRAGON BALL Z DOKKAN BATTLE on your new device (device to take over).
4. Tap "Continue Game" on the title screen and log in to your Facebook account after selecting "Transfer Game Data via Facebook" to complete the data transfer.

- Data transfer using Transfer Code
We are not currently issuing Transfer Codes. If a Transfer Code has been issued before December 11, 2019 and no data linking has been completed, you can use the Transfer Code to transfer data.
1. Install DRAGON BALL Z DOKKAN BATTLE on your new device (device to take over).
2. Tap "Continue Game" on the title screen and enter your "User ID" and "Transfer Code" after selecting "Transfer Game Data via Transfer Code" to complete the data transfer.

- Notes
*Dragon Stones cannot be transferred between devices of different OS types.
*Data from ongoing Quests or Events cannot be recovered after data transfer.
*The Transfer Code used to complete the data transfer will be rendered invalid.
*Once you have completed data linking using any of the third-party accounts, you can no longer transfer your data using a Transfer Code.
*Once you have completed data transfer using a Google account or a Facebook account, any Transfer Code issued before will be rendered invalid.
*You will not be able to complete data transfer if the third-party account you used for data linking is deleted or if you have lost the login information of the account.
*Please only attempt data transfer in an environment with stable internet connection to avoid data corruption.
