Regarding the Issue Confirmed with Coin Exchange (GLOBAL)
Currently, we have confirmed the following issue in the Exchange Shop.

The Dokkan Festival Coins (Global) and Carnival Coins (Global), which should have been automatically converted after 8/26 (Tue) 0:00, were automatically converted to Dokkan Festival Coins and Carnival Coins when moved to the Exchange Shop between 8/19 (Tue) 0:00 ~ 11:55.
We have implemented measures to prevent this automatic conversion.
In addition, some Coin Exchange Shops have been temporarily closed to prevent further escalation of the issue.
The handling of automatically converted Dokkan Festival Coins (Global) and Carnival Coins (Global) is still under discussion.
