I could not access the registration page from the URL provided in the registration confirmation e-mail.
The URL in the registration confirmation e-mail is valid for 24 hours from the time the e-mail is sent.
If more than 24 hours have passed since you received the e-mail, the URL and any unfinished registration data will become invalid.
In this case, please restart the Bandai Namco ID registration process.
