An input error occurred while I was registering my information. What should I do?
If you were unable to enter your information during the registration process, please make sure you have followed the rules below.
1.Password requirements
The password must be at least 8 characters long and include a combination of at least two of the following.
letters, numbers, or symbols (excluding spaces and / \ " ').
Example: abc_1234

2.Password confirmation
Enter the same password in both the "Password (required)" and "Password (confirm)" fields.
For security reasons, passwords that simply repeat the same few characters cannot be used.

3.Date of birth format
Use single-byte characters when entering your date of birth.
Example: 2011 (year) 01 (month) 01 (day)
4.Required fields
Make sure all required fields are filled out correctly.
