How to register a Child Account?
A Child Account can be registered from the parent or guardian’s account page.
The following requirements must be met for a parent or guardian to register a Child Account.
1.Have a Bandai Namco ID
2.Register an e-mail address
3.Verify that you are of legal age (the age of majority)
*The parent or guardian must be of legal age. Age verification is conducted only once during registration, and the verification method may vary depending on the country or region.
(For example, in Japan, verification can be completed via credit card, face verification, or personal ID verification.)
Child Accounts can be registered from the Family Group section on the Bandai Namco ID account page.
On the Child Account registration page, enter your country/region of residence, Child Account ID, and password to complete the registration.
The Child Account ID can be any combination of alphanumeric characters that is not already in use.
