Can a Child Account become a regular account?

If all of the following conditions are met, a Child Account can leave the Family Group and be converted into a regular account.

・The account holder is no longer a minor
 (has reached the age of majority as defined by the laws of their country, and is at least 13 years old).
・The account holder has a registered e-mail address.

The parent or guardian must perform the removal procedure.
Log in with the parent or guardian’s account, access the Family Group, open the account information page of the corresponding Child Account, and select “Remove” under Family Settings.

※A minor can also be removed from a Family Group; however, they will not be able to use any services unless they are linked to a parent or guardian account.
