How to remove a Child Account from the Family Group ?
The operation to remove a Child Account from the Family Group must be performed from the parent or guardian’s account.
Please ensure that an e-mail address has been registered to the Child Account in advance.
From the Family Group page on the parent or guardian’s account,
access the corresponding Child Account information page and select “Remove” in the Family Settings.
Although a minor can be removed from a Family Group,
they will not be able to log in unless they are linked to a parent or guardian account.
