The Message ”You cannot log in because your country/territory information does not match the requirements for this service” is displayed.
The message may appear if you are using a service that is not available in the “country” or “region” registered in your Bandai Namco ID account information.
Once the “country” or “region” has been registered, it cannot be changed.
To correct this setting, you must delete your current Bandai Namco ID account and create a new one using a different email address from the one currently in use.
Important Notes
・If you delete your Bandai Namco ID, all related information and Bandai Namco Coins will be permanently lost.
・After deletion, you will not be able to register a new account using the same email address for a certain period of time.
・Even if you register a new account with the same email address later, it will be treated as a new ID, and the data from the previous account cannot be transferred.
・Once deleted, a Bandai Namco ID cannot be restored under any circumstances.
