“PARENT_STATUS” is displayed and I cannot log in.
Troubleshooting

A

The “PARENT_STATUS” error may occur if you attempt to log in using an account other than the designated parent account that received the notification email,

or if the link between the parent and child accounts is no longer active.
To resolve this issue, please log in again with the correct parent account and ensure it is properly linked to the child account.

Verification Steps
1.Access 
the Bandai Namco ID Portal Site and log in with the parent account
2.From the homepage, select 
User Information Settings in the center or Basic Information at the top of the page
3.Under 
SNS Account LinkingEmail Address, and Other Settings, click Settings
4.If prompted, follow the on-screen instructions to complete authentication
5.In the 
Family Group section, confirm that the correct child account is listed under “Family”

After confirming the above settings, please proceed with the approval process using the corresponding parent account.
※Refer to the instructions provided in “[Notice] Confirmation of Bandai Namco ID Service Application.”
※If the email has expired, please reapply for service access using the child account.
