"SNS_CONFLICTED_USER" is displayed.
This error code appears when the external service account you are trying to link is different from the one already linked, or when the same external service account is already linked to the Bandai Namco ID.
Please confirm whether your Bandai Namco ID is already linked to the external service you are attempting to connect.
You can check the link status of external services on the 「Connected accounts」 page in the Bandai Namco ID portal or check the link status from the external service side.
■ How to access the “Connected accounts” page
Go to 「Basic Information」 from the Bandai Namco ID portal website and click 「Set」 under the 「Social Media Account Linking and Email Settings」 section.
After logging in, select 「Connected accounts」.
■ If a different external service account is linked to your Bandai Namco ID
Unlink the external service from the 「Connected accounts」 page, then try linking the account you wish to use.
