What should I do if the passkey button is not displayed or cannot be pressed on the login screen?

Please check whether you are using the same device and browser on which you created the passkey, whether your environment meets the recommended requirements (OS/browser), and whether you are not using Private Browsing (Incognito mode).

In addition, to ensure proper operation, the passkey login button may not be displayed depending on the service you are trying to use.

If it is not displayed, please log in using your password or via an external SNS linked login.
