If you receive the message ""The code you entered may be incorrect or invalid,please try the following steps.

【Check for typing errors in the code】
The product code consists of 12 alphanumeric characters.
Common mistakes include confusing similar-looking characters, such as:
The number ""5"" and the letter ""S""
The number ""8"" and the letter ""B""
The number ""2"" and the letter ""Z""
Also, make sure to enter the code correctly according to the required format (with input fields changing every 4 characters), and try entering it again.

【Check if the product code has expired】
Some product codes have an expiration date.
Expired product codes cannot be used, so please check the validity period.

【Check if the product code has already been used】
Product codes can generally be used only once.
A product code that has already been used by someone (a family member) cannot be reused by another person.

【Check PlayStation Service Status】
Product code redemption may not be available during PlayStation Network maintenance or service outages.
