【PS5: General】 How to redeem a product code obtained as a game bonus
Please check the following steps to redeem a product code obtained as a game software bonus.
1.Access the PlayStation Store, then press “… (More)” in the top right to open the menu.
2.From the menu, select “Redeem Code.”
3.Enter the 12-digit product code and select “Redeem.”
4.After redeeming the code, download the content.
5.If there is additional content, select the items to install.
