[PS5: General] Downloaded content does not appear in the game
If downloaded content does not appear in the game, please try the following steps.
【Check PlayStation Store Transaction History】
Confirm whether the purchase of DLC from the PlayStation Store was successfully completed by navigating to: “Settings” > “Users and Accounts” > “Account” > “Payment and Subscriptions” > “Transaction History.”
【Verify the Region/Country of Game Disc and Account】
Please check whether the region/country of your game disc and PlayStation account match.
※If they do not match, the DLC may not function correctly.
【Restore Licenses】
Please try restoring licenses on your PS5 console.
Select “Settings” > “Users and Accounts” > “Other” > “Restore Licenses”, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
【Redownload the content】
Delete the DLC once, then try downloading it again.
