【Nintendo Switch: General】Downloaded Contents Not Reflected

If the downloaded content does not appear in the game, the issue may be due to one of the following reasons. 

Please review the possible causes and follow the suggested solutions.

・The game software was not properly closed

・The game software is not up to date

For details on how to check and update the software version, please check Here.

・The download did not complete successfully

Please refer to the following and try redownloading the content.

[How to Redownload]

1.From the HOME Menu, select the Nintendo eShop 

2.Open the Nintendo Account that purchased the game

3.Select the user icon in the top right corner

4.Choose [Redownload], find the game you want to redownload from the list

5.When the message: [Downloading] appears, navigate back to the HOME menu and wait for the download to finish. 

※The white bar below the software indicates that the download is in progress. 

Please select the software to view its download status.

If there is not enough free space available, the content cannot be downloaded.

Please ensure there is sufficient space in either 「the system storage memory」 or 「the microSD card」 (where the content will be saved) and then try the redownload.

* When you highlight a game icon on the HOME menu for which some parts of the game have not been installed, 

a cloud mark will appear in the upper-left corner.
