The Dragon Gems I acquired/purchased have disappeared. What should I do?

Dragon Gems are only available on the platform where they were acquired or purchased.
Please be noted that Dragon Gems cannot be shared between different platforms.

<Example>
If you acquired/purchased Dragon Gems on iOS:
iOS ⇔ Android ×
iOS ⇔ Switch ×
iOS ⇔ PS5 ×
iOS ⇔ Steam ×

You can check the number of Dragon Gems you currently have on a platform by going to:
Menu > Dragon Gems Balance
