What should I do if audio or video does not display properly
If you are experiencing audio/video issues, please try the following troubleshooting:
・Close all tabs except the GUNDAM METAVERSE PROJECT.
・Restart the browser and only opens the GUNDAM METAVERSE PROJECT.
・Close other apps and programs, and then restart the browser.
・The operation may affected by power saving mode of notebook. Please try changing the setting.
・Some notebooks may automatically switch to power saving mode when the power cord is removed.
Please check the power saving mode setting.
