How do I transfer my game data?
You can transfer your data using a Bandai Namco ID or Google Play Games.
Please follow the steps below.
1. Select the hamburger menu at the bottom right of the app's Home screen
2. Select "Link Account"
3. Select the transfer method you wish to use
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the link
■Notes
・If you transfer data between different operating systems, the following cannot be transferred:
・Mirror Gems
・Subscriptions
・If the linked account has been deleted or you have forgotten your login information, your data cannot be transferred.
・Please transfer your data in an environment with a stable connection.
Performing the transfer with an unstable connection may corrupt your data.
・Google Play Games cannot be used to transfer data between different operating systems.
