Q. Can I change the registered Country/Region for my Bandai Namco ID?
A. Please note that once your Country/Region has been registered, it cannot be changed.
Q. Can I remove the linked Bandai Namco ID account?
A. You cannot remove an external service account after completing data transfer settings.
Q. Error message "You cannot log in because your country/territory information does not match the requirements for this service" is displayed.
A. This message indicates that the said service is not compatible with your registered country or region.
Q. Error message "Sorry, this service isn't available in the country or region registered to your account" is displayed.
A. This message indicates that the said service is not available in your registered country or region.
Q. I forgot my Bandai Namco ID/ Password
A. Bandai Namco ID is the email address you used at the time of registration. If you are unsure which email address you used, please check all the possible addresses you may have used. Please note that we are unable to reissue or identify the registered email address if you are uncertain about it.

Q. I have tried logging in using all my email addresses, but it still says that my email address/password is incorrect.
A. Bandai Namco ID account can be registered through external services such as Google, X,..etc.
Please also check if you have registered your Bandai Namco ID account using external service accounts.
