■About Types
You can register only one of the following four types.
Please perform backingup within the app and then perform data transfer settings on the desired destination device.
For detailed instructions on each setting method, please refer to the “Data Link” section within the app (Menu > Data Link) or the respective FAQs.

・Social Media (X/Facebook)
【Data Link】I would like to know the procedure for backing up and transferring data with social media
・Bandai Namco ID
【Data Link】I would like to know the procedure for backing up and transferring data using Bandai Namco ID.
・Apple
【Data Link】I would like to know the procedure for backing up and transferring data using Apple.
・Google Account
【Data Link】I would like to know the procedure for backing up and transferring data using Google Account.
・ID/Password*
【Data Link】I would like to know the procedure for backing up and transferring data using  ID/Password.

*The issuance of new transfer passwords linked to ID ended on April 22, 2025.
ID/password that have already been issued can only be used to transfer game data played on other devices.
Even if you have already issued a password linked to your ID, if you have made various backingup, you will not be able to use the password for transfer, and the issued password will be deleted.


■Precautions when transferring
The following cannot be transferred and cannot be restored.
・Favorite Characters
・Favorite Friends
•Mail/Friend Approval

Rainbow Gems will not be transferred when transferring between different OS's (this also includes Rainbow Gems you've received for free).
If you transfer data without obtaining items such as characters or Rainbow Gems attached to Mails, those items cannot be transferred or restored.
Also, if you are in the middle of a quest/Treasure Map at the time of the transfer, you will not be able to return to that quest/Treasure Map after transfer is complete.
