Please note that items purchased from the Web Store may take some time to be reflected in the app.

If the items are not reflected correctly, please check the following:
・Have you received a purchase confirmation email from Xsolla that includes the transaction number?
※Please note that a purchase confirmation email is not sent for free items.
・Did a “Purchase Successful” pop-up appear when logging in or when accessing the in-app shop?

Additionally, the following steps may help resolve the issue:
・Restart the app.
・Try accessing the in-app shop several times.

Please be aware that delays in item reflection may occur due to your network or usage environment.
If the issue persists, please try the steps above again.
