Characters I Own Are Not Showing Up in the List
If some characters are not displayed, the [FILTER] option may be set to ON.
Please follow the steps below to reset the filters and check again:
1.Open the menu where the issue occurs.
2.Tap [CHANGE ORDER] at the top right of the menu, then select [FILTER].
3.Under [TYPE], make sure all fields are selected.
*Selected fields will be highlighted.
4.Under [CLASS], make sure all fields are selected.
*Selected fields will be highlighted.
*Set “Include characters with other Classes?” to OFF.
5.If any fields are selected under [SPECIAL], [CREWMATE ABILITY], [POTENTIAL ABILITY], or [SUPPORT], tap [CLEAR] to reset them.
*Selected fields will be highlighted.
6.Under [STYLE], make sure all fields are selected.
*Selected icons will be highlighted.
7.If any fields are selected under [CHARACTER TAG], tap [CLEAR] to reset them.
*Do not select any Character Tags.
*If a Character Tag is selected, certain characters may not appear.
8.Under [GP STATS], make sure all fields are selected.
*Selected icons will be highlighted.
9.Tap OK.
