If the error code “CR901006” appears, please try the following steps:

[Please be sure to check the following before you try.]
・If you uninstall the app from your device without performing the data transfer settings beforehand, you will not be able to use your game account. Please uninstall the app only after confirming that you have completed the data transfer settings and have access to the required transfer information, such as linked external service accounts, via “Data Transfer Settings.”
・When transferring data between different platforms (Android or Google Play Games and iOS), you cannot transfer “Chrono Crystals” or “LEGENDS Pass.” Please refer to the information in the in-app “Data Transfer Settings” and proceed with caution when performing data transfer operations.

[Steps to try]
[1] Uninstall the app.
[2] Reinstall the app from the store.
[3] On the confirmation screen during the initial launch, select “Transfer Data.”
*Please do not select “Start New Game.”
*This operation is performed after tapping the screen following the initial launch, not from the “Support” button on the bottom right of the startup screen.
[4] Perform the data transfer using the external service account that was previously linked via “Data Transfer Settings.”

If you receive a message stating “Data transfer cannot be performed for 24 hours after completion,” please try the data transfer again after 24 hours have passed.
