・If you uninstall the app from your device without performing the data transfer settings beforehand, you won't be able to use your game account. Please uninstall the app only after ensuring that you have performed the data transfer settings and have access to transfer information such as linked external service accounts via 'Data Transfer Settings'.
・When transferring data between different platforms (Android (or Google Play Games) ⇔ iOS), you cannot transfer 'Chrono Crystals' or 'Legend Pass'. Please refer to the information provided in the 'Data Transfer Settings' within the app and proceed with caution when performing data transfer operations.

[1] Uninstall this app.
[2] Reinstall this app from the store.
[3] Select 'Data Transfer' on the confirmation screen during the initial launch.
※ Please do not select 'Create New User'.
※ This operation is performed after tapping the screen following the initial launch, not from the 'Support' button at the bottom right of the app startup screen.
[4] Perform data transfer using the external service account linked in advance via 'Data Transfer Settings'.
If you receive a message stating 'Data transfer cannot be performed for 24 hours after completion', please try the data transfer operation again after 24 hours have passed.
