My LEGENDS Pass is not reflected. What should I do?

If the LEGENDS Pass is not reflected, please try the following steps.
◆ If you are logged in with a different account (platform account) from the one registered for the LEGENDS Pass:
Please sign in again with the account (platform account) registered at the time of registration.
◆ If you have changed to a different platform from the one registered when registering for the LEGENDS Pass:
Please refer to the support page of each platform and try the following steps.
● iOS (App Store)
View, change, and cancel subscriptions - Apple Support
Operation procedure:
[App Store] Tap the account on the [person icon] in the upper right corner of the app screen
Subscription - [Active column]
[Dragon Ball Legends] - [LEGENDS Pass]
● Android (Google Play Store)
Cancel, pause, and change subscriptions on Google Play - Google Play Help
Operation procedure:
[Play Store] Tap the menu icon [Ξ] - [Subscriptions]
*If [Subscriptions] is not available, tap [Ξ] - [Account Information] - [Subscriptions]
Tap [Dragon Ball Legends] from the subscription screen
