【SAOVS】Purchased Variant Crystal (VC) are not reflected.
If the purchased items and paid currencies (Variant Crystals, etc.) are not reflected, it may be caused by several factors as follows:
① The device is experiencing heavy loading
Please try the troubleshooting below and connect to a better internet service to reconfirm the reflection status.
・ Turn the power off and then turn it on
・ Stop the multitasking
・ Restart the application
⓶ It might take some time to be reflected due to the slow internet connection or some other reasons.
In a few cases, it may take some time to be reflected due to the communication delays in Apple/Google Play server. (※ Sometimes, it may take 2 to 3 days.)
In this case, please wait until your purchased items are properly reflected.
③ If the problem still exist after tried with ① and also waited for 2 to 3 days,
please send your request to customer support team with the following information for further investigation.
[1] Billing number (order number)
[2] Billing date and time (purchase date and time)
[3] The amount of purchase
[4] Name of the purchased item
[5] User ID
[6] User name (nickname)
