Only some of the Twitch Drops rewards were received, and the rest could not be claimed

If you link your game account to a Bandai Namco ID that was not originally intended for that account and then claim or receive Twitch Drops, please note that any rewards already claimed or acquired cannot be transferred to another account.
Additionally, if you disconnect and later reconnect your accounts to different ones during the process, any rewards earned up to that point will only be granted to the originally linked account.

*While your Twitch account is linked to a Bandai Namco ID that is not connected to a game account, you will not be able to receive Twitch Drops rewards by pressing [Claim Reward].
*Once the account link is successfully completed, pressing [Claim Reward] grants the right to receive the rewards for the linked game account from that moment onward — even if you do not immediately claim the rewards in the game.

●Receiving only part of the rewards

If you link your Game Account A ＋ Bandai Namco ID ＋ Twitch account, you become eligible to earn rewards for watching 30-minute, 60-minute, and 90-minute streams. Once you press the [Claim Reward] button, those rewards will be granted to Game Account A.
If you later re-link your Twitch account to Game Account B during the process, Game Account B will then be eligible to receive rewards starting from the 120-minute stream and onward.
*This policy applies when you reconnect your Twitch account to a Bandai Namco ID that is linked to a different game account.

●Receiving all of the rewards

If you link your Game Account A ＋ Bandai Namco ID ＋ Twitch account, you become eligible to earn rewards for watching 30-minute, 60-minute, and 90-minute streams. However, please note that you must press the [Claim Reward] button to receive these rewards. If you do not press the button, the rewards will not be granted.
If you later link your Twitch account to Game Account B, then Game Account B will become eligible to receive the rewards for the 30-minute, 60-minute, and 90-minute streams, as well as any future stream rewards.
*If the linked game account (or Bandai Namco ID) is changed before pressing [Claim Reward] on Twitch, the rewards can be claimed on the newly linked account.
