【Check whether the same issue occurs with other apps】
Please check whether the same issue occurs with other games or apps.
If the issue also occurs with other games or apps, there may be a problem with your internet connection.
【Review Your Internet Connection Status】
Please check the status of your game console, your internet connection, and your network devices (such as your router), as well as whether there are any issues with your internet service provider (ISP).
Restarting your router or updating its firmware may also help.
In addition, depending on the time of day, network traffic may be congested, making it difficult to connect. Please try again at a different time.
【Wired Internet Connection】
A wired LAN connection is recommended when playing online.

【Check Your Internet Connection Status (NAT Type)】
Your internet connection status (NAT type) may affect online battles.
It is recommended to play with a NAT type of “A,” “B,” “C,” or “D.”
