Please try the following steps to confirm which characters you received.
1.Tap “Crew”
2.Tap “Character List”
3.Open the Sort function in the top-right corner and select “Get Date”

Note:
It is not possible to consume Rainbow Gems on a Recruit without receiving characters.
If you still cannot confirm the characters after following the steps above, please submit an inquiry.
