I have not received a response email more than one day after submitting an inquiry to support. When will you respond?
It is our policy to respond with an email indicating that we received your inquiry by the end of the next day after you sent it.
If several days pass and you still have not received an email, please confirm the following before sending your inquiry again:

・Check whether you have domain filter settings turned on

・Check whether your fraud regulation settings are configured to reject emails from PCs
・Check whether your settings are configured to reject emails containing URLs
