The message "A Child Account is required to use this service." is displayed, and I cannot log in.
Your account is classified as a Child Account.
With the introduction of the Family Group feature, accounts with a birth date indicating that the user is a minor are automatically designated as Child Accounts. These accounts cannot use certain services until they are added to a Family Group.
A Child Account can only be added to a Family Group from a parent or guardian account.
From the parent or guardian account page, go to "Family Group Settings", select ”Add Existing Child Account to Family,” and log in to the Child Account to add it to the Family Group.
