How can I update my registered information (e-mail address, password, nickname, social media account link settings) ?

If you wish to update or change your email address, password, nickname, social media account link settings, or any other information registered with your Bandai Namco ID, please click here.

Please note that the registered date of birth and country/region cannot be changed.

Nicknames and other information specific to certain services can only be changed through the respective service’s website.

With the exception of password changes and social media account linking, only a parent or guardian can update information for a Child Account.
