Items Exchanged with Google Play Points Are Not Reflected
Please try the following steps under a stable and reliable network connection, and restart the app on the device logged in with the same "Google Account used to redeem the Play Points".
- Restart your device (power off and then turn it back on)
- Close all other apps running in the background
- Restart the game app
If the issue persists, the "Google Account used to redeem Play Points" may be different from "the Google Account when playing the game".
You may try the following additional Steps
- If multiple Google accounts are logged in on your device
Log out of all accounts except "the one used to redeem Play Points", then launch the app again. - If another device is logged in with "the Google Account used to redeem Play Points":
Install the app on that device, then perform a "Link Data" from the title screen before starting the game.
