Why does an address registration page appear when I log in to a service?
Following the address information update on September 29, 2026, all users are required to set a Residential Address.
Even if you have already registered an address, you must log in again and set your Residential Address.
Note: Your existing registered address information will not be deleted.
On the registration page, you can select one of your existing addresses or register a new address.
For services that require address information, the registration page will appear at login if a Residential Address has not been registered. Once registration is complete, you will be able to use the service.
