    Thank you for enjoy playing "SWORD ART ONLINE: Integral Factor."

    For the iOS version of "SWORD ART ONLINE: Integral Factor," as of the update on March 13, 2019 (Wed), pre-iOS version 9.0 support has now ended.

    Following the update, any iOS versions below 9.0 will no longer be supported.

    The development team of "SWORD ART ONLINE: Integral Factor" will continue to work hard in providing better service to all of our users. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience and understanding.

     - How to Check Your Device's iOS Version

        Settings → General → About → Version
        *Some steps may differ based on the device that you are using.

     - Transferring Your Account to Another Device

       ▼Preparing Your Account for Transfer
      1. On your current device, tap the "Menu" button in the upper-left corner of the title screen.
               Then, tap the "Create Transfer ID" button.
      2. After tapping the "Create Transfer ID" button, you'll be taken to the Transfer ID creation
               page, where your Transfer ID will be generated. You will also be asked to set a password
               for the transfer process.
      3. Once you've completed these steps, be sure to record both your generated Transfer ID and
               password and save it for later.

     ▼Transferring Your Account
      1. On your new device, tap the "Menu" button in the upper-left corner of the title of the
               screen. Then, tap the "Enter Transfer ID" button.
      2. After tapping the "Enter Transfer ID" button, you'll be taken to the Transfer ID input page,
               where you'll be asked to enter your Transfer ID, as well as the password that you
               previously set.
      3. If there are no problems with the information that you've entered, the transfer will be
               complete.

  • How can I transfer my game data to another device?
    Data Transfer
    Please set up "Data Transfer ID" using the following procedure to transfer data.
     
    From your current device:
    1. Tap "Create Transfer ID" on the title screen
    2. Take note of your "Data Transfer ID" and set "Password"
     
    From your new device:
    3. Install and launch the app with your new device
    4. Tap "Enter Transfer ID" on title screen
    5. Enter the "Data Transfer ID" and "Password" you set in step 2
    6. Complete data transfer 
     
    Notes:
    ・You cannot carry over your Arcana Gems between different OS. 
     Also please note that if you transfer your account between different OS, you will lose any remaining right of receiving "Arcana Gem Pack" bonuses. 
    ・DO NOT disclose your data transfer ID/password to a third party.

  • What is Boost Mode?
    How To Play Registration/Cancel Fee/Point Others/Notes

    Boost Mode is a monthly subscription that gives you the following boosts:

     -Boost Content
       Boost 1: Get 4x EXP when hunting monsters.
       Boost 2: Get 2x Weapon Proficiency when hunting monsters.
       Boost 3: 2x item drop rate when hunting monsters.

       *If you use items with the same effect at the same time with the Boost Mode, the effects will be calculated as follows:
           Example: [In the case where the default state of earning EXP is set as 30]
             1) Boost Mode will 4 times earning the EXP (+90);
             2) An additional item is used to double earning EXP on top of it (+30);
             Then, 30 (default state) + 90 (from above #1) + 30 (from above #2) = 150, which makes the earning of EXP increased by 5 times.

     -Important
      ・Boost Mode is valid for a month starting from the purchased date and will be automatically renewed each month.
      ・If cancelled during the validity period, you will continue receiving effect of the boosts until you log out after the expiration date.
      ・You cannot make duplicate purchases during the validity period.
      ・Please be aware that deleting the app does not cancel this subscription.
      ・Boost Mode will be applied to your character at the time of purchase.
         If you delete the app before canceling your subscription or want to transfer Boost Mode to a newly created character during the validity period, you can follow the steps below.
         1. Open the app while logged in to the same Apple ID that you used to complete the purchase.
       2. You can transfer Boost Mode to your new character by navigating to the Shop and tapping the Boost Mode Restore button.
           *This method will only reactivate Boost Mode during the validity period, so you will not be charged twice.
      ・If you’d like to cancel Boost Mode, please check and follow the instructions HERE.

       4. Tap "Boost Mode" purchased on "SWORD ART ONLINE: Integral Factor" to see the purchase history.
       5. Cancel subscription by tapping "Cancel Subscription"

    *Please be aware that even if you cancel this subscription, you will not receive a refund for the remaining validity period.
    *When canceling this subscription, you will still receive the boost effects until the end of the validity period.

  • For Players who have troubles of updating the app

    The issue may be fixed with the following procedures;
     
    - Reboot your device
    Please confirm that whether rebooting your device fix the issue.
     
    - Stop multi-tasking
    Please close all running apps before you update the app.
     
    - Free up your memory
    The update may not be correctly conducted if you don't have enough memory in your device.
    In that case, please free up the memory by deleting unnecessary app or data files.
     
    - Download with Wi-Fi
    Please use Wi-Fi connection when you update the app 
     
    - Reinstall
    If none of these procedure described above help you with the issue, re-installing the app may fix it.
    However, please be informed that once you uninstall the app, the data will be lost.
    You can restore your data by using "Transfer Code". Please note that you need "User ID" and "Transfer Code" to conduct a data transfer.

    Compatibility
    Regarding the compatibility of "iOS 9", it is different from each content.
    Therefore, we would like to ask you to confirm in each application's notice or the download page of each content in App Store.

    In case it is incompatible, there is a possibility that the application does not work properly.
    Therefore, please refrain from updating to "iOS 9" until it is completed.

  • The app shows "Waiting" and I can play it since the last update. What can I do?
    How To Play
    Please try all the following methods when your device shows "Waiting";
     
    [1] Make sure your Network connection is stable and try the steps below
    + Turn the power OFF
    (Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears. Drag the slider to turn your device completely off.
    After the device turns off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo.)
     
    + Stop Multitasking
    # with iOS 6 or older
    Double-click the Home button to see recently used apps. Long-press icons and tap the [-] mark on the left top.
    # with iOS 7 or later
    Double-click the Home button to see recently used apps. Then swipe up on the app you want to close.
     
    [2] Reset your device
    Press and hold the power button and home button at the same time. Please keep pressing even when the power off menu is displayed on screen > Release the buttons when the Apple logo has appeared > Please wait until the device starts again
    **No data or settings will be lost from this procedure.
     
    If the issues still persist after the above methods, please update the version of this app using your computer, and then sync it to your device.
